You must select one of the three shipping options in the Shipping tab of the Product Editor.

Only one option can function for a product at any given time. If information is entered for more than one option, the software will apply the options in this order: Shipping Profile, Fixed Shipping Cost and Weight. i.e. If you choose a shipping profile and also enter a Fixed Shipping Cost, the Shipping Profile will apply.  

Like pricing, shipping values are expressed in cents and do not use decimals. Fixed Cost and Weight are explained in Adding Products.

If you use Weight, ensure the Fixed Shipping cost is blank and the Shipping Profile field is empty.
