The default email setting for your website is entered in Global Settings > Email.  

In some cases, you many want to override this setting.  Here is a list of places of may want to enter a different email.  In all cases, this will override the email address in Global Settings > Email. 

• Website > Forms
  You may specify an email on an individual form in the delivery tab.
   
• Global Settings > Article
  If you have comments enabled for articles, you may specify an email in Global Settings just for this purpose. 
   
• Global Settings > Event
  You may specify an email for events. 
   
• Global Settings > Product
  You may specify an email for products. 

If you are not receiving emails in your Gmail Inbox that are not considered Spam, you will need to whitelist the email addresses or domains so they route to the correct place.  Here is how to filter emails so they will route to your Inbox.   

Gmail

1. Log into your Gmail account
2. If the Spam folder does not appear on the left in your folder list, click the "more labels" option.
3. Select Spam to view messages in the spam folder.  If you see emails in Spam that your want to receive you'll need to whitelist them so they appear in your Inbox.  

Here is how to prevent Gmail from filtering specific emails or domains:

1. Follow the Settings link in Gmail. See Below

 

1. Click Create a new filter. 
2. Type the desired email address under From:.
   
   

   To whitelist an entire domain (all mail from an address ending in "lvsys.com", for example),  just type the domain name or the domain name preceded by @. To whitelist "lvsys.com", for instance, type "@lvsys.com" without the quotation marks.
    

3. You do not need to create a separate filter for each address. To whitelist two or more addresses, enter both addresses separated by the symbol |.  For example:  jim@lvsys.com|prudence@lvsys.com .

Note: Gmail's spam filters also work in your IMAP client by automatically diverting messages that are suspected of being unwanted messages into '[Gmail]/Spam' and keeping them out of your inbox.

Change Param #3 under the submit action marked as Send Email.
